Are you passionate about helping people regain independence and live meaningful lives? We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner (Band 4) to join our supportive and dynamic team.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with experienced Occupational Therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals to build skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their personal goals–whether that’s returning home, managing daily activities, or improving overall wellbeing.
No two days are the same. You’ll be hands-on in delivering therapeutic interventions, supporting assessments, and working directly with service users across a range of settings. You’ll have the opportunity to use your initiative, develop your clinical skills, and make a genuine difference to people’s lives every day.
We’re looking for someone proactive, caring, and enthusiastic about rehabilitation and recovery. In return, you’ll be supported to grow in your role, develop your skills, and be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and compassionate care.
