Responsibilities and Impact
The goal of this job is to lower the number of unnecessary hospital stays, help carers break down, and encourage independence by evaluating people in their own homes and helping them live as independently as possible.
We focus on helping people in the community before they go to the hospital and in the Accident & Emergency departments. As a Level 2 Social Worker, you will help the manager provide a full range of services, make sure that vulnerable persons are safe, and make sure that adults and their carers can get help quickly during situations like falls or carer emergencies. You will be responsible for figuring out if someone is eligible for services, making care plans, and getting or keeping someone well.
Requirements
We want a Social Worker who is driven, structured, energetic, and creative. You will need to be registered with Social Work England and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Your new knowledge of the laws that apply to you, as well as a deep awareness of the laws that apply to adult social care.
