Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving account-related issues.

• Monitor account performance, analyse financial data and prepare reports.

• Work with internal teams to coordinate services and improve client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple accounts.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to analyse data and produce useful financial reports.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to building client relationships.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
