We’ve been delivering great care to the people of Scotland for 33 years.

We are looking for Female Care Workers to join a small team of devoted individuals delivering high-quality care to service users living in their own homes within a community setting.

Female workers are essential as the position is personal in nature, requiring intimate personal care. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Our care personnel all have access to great in-house training and external training, including SVQ 2 and 3 in care (T&Cs apply), and extended dementia courses.

Qualifications & Skills

We do not require any care qualifications as we have a great induction training and development program for all our employees.

We pledge in return:

Drivers utilising their own vehicle – £13.45 per hour.

Guaranteed hours on a full-time contract.

Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Mileage reimbursement.

Pension sponsored by the employer.

Uniform free

Supervision and support.

Access to SVQ 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.

Must have a full UK driving licence; personal car access preferred

Successful applicants will need to be PVG Registered since this post will involve providing personal care of an intimate nature.

Work Duties and Responsibilities

Our care professionals are obligated to deliver a high quality of service to our service users in compliance with regulatory and customer criteria, which includes:

assistance with getting up and going to bed, washing, showering, hair washing, oral hygiene, skin care, toileting, catheter care,

food prep,

inducing medicine,

usage of lifting and handling equipment, recording and reporting

excellent level of clear English language dd
