Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience dealing with children or vulnerable groups in a care-giving or educational context.
• Excellent mentor with passion for educating and guiding personal development.
• Strong communication abilities for productive interactions with people, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow precise care plans and modify approaches to meet individual needs.
• Compassionate nature with compassion, empathy and resilience in difficult situations.
• Appropriate qualifications in health & social care/education is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive strategy for learning new skills and continuing professional development.
