Job Summary

Duties

• Actively engage with potential customers through B2B (business-to-business) sales and direct interactions to promote products and services
• Negotiate terms, prices, and deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Drive company vehicles as needed to visit clients, attend meetings, or deliver products safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT systems
• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, answering inquiries clearly, and offering tailored solutions
• Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and schedule appointments proactively
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching new markets and increasing sales volume

Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales or retail sales environments demonstrating successful negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving regularly for work-related purposes
• Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other sales management systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques and effective time management strategies
