Description

• Manage the day-to-day running of one of VCL’s prestigious corporate customers
• Ensure customer loyalty through quality, speed and innovation
• Handle account administration, including processing orders, telephone calls, letters and emails
• Maintain accurate customer databases
• Provide expert advice on technical, network and billing queries and resolve them efficiently
• Supply and quality-assure management information and monthly electronic billing reports
• Produce regular customer reporting packs with analysis
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, end users and the accounts team
• Maintain customer relationships
• Attend and contribute to customer and accounts team meetings to drive improvements and cost savings
• Provide frontline advice on devices, tariffs, product ranges and equipment pricing
• Assist end users with porting and migrating onto the Vodafone network
• Train cover advisors to maintain seamless service
• Support Vodafone HQ departments in resolving account-related queries and improving on-site efficiencies

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous Telco Business Customer Service Experience
• Ability to manage own time to deliver great service at all times
• Excellent keyboard skills and systems knowledge
• Interest/understanding of mobile devices, including features/benefits
• Full-time availability, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM
• Successful completion of criminal (DBS) and financial background checks
