Description

• Assist clients with booking:
  • Commercial flights.
  • Hotels.
  • Vacation homes.
  • Car rentals.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other online travel tools to make bookings.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and manage reservations.
• Work with global suppliers to secure competitive rates, perks and quality service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members.
• Select suitable accommodation and transportation options based on client needs.
• Check and verify all travel details to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a travel agency.
• Experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Experience with other online travel booking systems.
• Genuine passion for travel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong intuition and ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must reside in the UK to be eligible to apply.
