(£14.00 per hour) no L3

(£15.00 per hour) with experience + L3

We at Brighter Stays are very excited to be starting a new and exciting business, commencing our Homecare and Supported Living in Newcastle after successful registration.

Following on from the successful registration of our second homecare location we are keen to expand our provision in serving Adult, children and young people in need of specific care and assistance across the country. “We are proud of our ability to provide a loving, nurturing environment of care and support, somewhere our service users can be themselves without fear of reprisal or judgement.

Who are we looking for?

• those that can change lead, to promote safe and consistent routines. ability to develop and construct a person centred support
• Those with supervisory expertise, with the capacity to deal with performance and behaviour issues promptly,
• flexible working capability
• individuals with a desire for offering great care and support with a passion for improved outcomes
• those who can set limits in a caring, empathic and gentle way,
• Previous experience of working in home care and setting up a service to attain excellence where transferable abilities may be fully verifiable to match the job description,
• Those with a Level 3 in Health and Social Care management
• preferably those who can drive and have access to a vehicle or those who are in easily commutable distance to be able to travel between home and work locations with ease
• those with a solution-focused approach and a ‘can do’ mentality,
• those who can work a shift pattern with resilience to work long days and attached sleep – as required in duties.
