Teaching Associate – Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
The Department of Society and Politics, School of Law and Social Sciences, Aston University, is looking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Associate to lead the delivery of key modules within the broader Politics and International Relations curriculum, with particular reference to the areas of Gender and Politics, Environmental Politics, and Security Studies.
Some of the important responsibilities include:
Provide high-quality, innovative teaching and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with a particular concentration (but not only) on Gender Politics, Environmental Politics, and Security Studies.
Create a positive and helpful learning environment for children in the classroom
Support the creation of a learning environment that fosters inclusion, student success, employability, and professional skills
Candidates will ideally have previous experience of creating, developing, and delivering module teaching in the wide disciplinary areas of Politics, Sociology and International Relations.
