• Managing costs (food, labour, etc.) whilst maximising sales and profit
• Ongoing adherence to Papa John’s trademark standards
• Providing good service and a high-quality product
• Creating a positive, friendly work culture

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated managerial experience in the food delivery or quick service restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team capabilities.
• Use of a car and a UK driving licence
• Willingness to go the extra mile and flexibility
• Previous experience with Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut (recommended)
