Description

• Build and maintain internal software products, integrations and data workflows.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify problems and develop solutions.

• Improve prototypes and existing tools into reliable, reusable systems.

• Develop and evaluate AI-powered workflows.

• Ensure software quality through testing, monitoring and error handling.

• Use AI coding tools to improve development productivity.

• Monitor product performance, adoption and efficiency.

• Manage multiple technical projects and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience managing technical products from design to implementation and launch.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, PHP or C++.

• Experience with APIs, backend services, data workflows or full-stack development.

• Knowledge of software testing, monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Ability to use data to measure performance and communicate technical concepts effectively.
