Prime Workforce is recruiting an experienced Indian Chef for a premium dining restaurant in Birmingham.
We’re looking for a skilled chef with strong experience in Indian cuisine, ideally gained within a fine dining, luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality Indian dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain excellent presentation, taste and portion control
- Support the kitchen team during busy services
- Maintain strong food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Assist with stock control, preparation and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices and flavours
- Fine dining or premium restaurant experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy professional kitchen
- Candidates must currently be based in the UK
Package:
- £40,000 per annum
- Full-time permanent position
- Sponsorship available for suitable UK-based candidates
