Introducing our award-winning Endoscopy department!
Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your career? Why not explore a role in Endoscopy today?
Our dedicated team are seeking motivated and caring Nursing Associates to join us, as we continue to deliver excellence in patient care.
The Endoscopy Unit at NNUH is the largest in the UK, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:30pm. This role includes some on-call working (2-3 times per month); however, there are no routine night or weekend shifts as part of the standard working week.
For part of your role, you will be rotating between Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the Quadram Institute (QI)–simply Google to see where you’ll be working.
Following a significant investment in our Endoscopy services, the Quadram Institute enables us to perform up to 40,000 procedures each year, making NNUH home to the largest Endoscopy Unit in Europe.
Our award-winning department offers nurses the opportunity to work alongside a wide multidisciplinary team across a variety of settings, including therapeutic, diagnostic, inpatient, and emergency on-call services. These are delivered across our 13-room capacity at both the main NNUH site and the QI.
NNUH is also a centre for the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme and a centre of excellence for endoscopy training, offering approved training courses for both doctors and nurses.
