Essential

• Relevant Technical Certifications (Such as MDAA, A+, MCSA, etc.)
• Degree or Equivalent experience of working as an IT Engineer including fieldwork.
• ITIL Foundation

Desirable

• Microsoft Windows Server Network + Certification, Apple OSX

Experience

Essential

• Experience of supporting a broad range of IT equipment and services including desktops, printers and server room environments/processes.
• Knowledge of server, storage and backups
• Broad knowledge of IT including end user equipment, systems and software.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows Server, Windows 7/8 and Windows 10.
• Knowledge of network Installations, cabling using switches, routers and patch panels.

Desirable

• Understanding and experience of working with LAN and WAN technologies and network topologies
• Understanding of remote access technologies to support and troubleshoot End User Incidents and Requests
