Description

Support internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.

Develop tools and processes to improve internal team efficiency.

Build stakeholder relationships and manage projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support their objectives and simplify daily operations.
-
Work with product engineering teams to extract data for informed business decisions.
-
Improve system observability through metrics, alerting, logging and telemetry integration.
-
Identify and implement Continuous Deployment (CD) improvements.
-
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage and modify cloud environments.
-
Collaborate with engineering teams on cross-functional infrastructure improvements.
-
Automate upgrades for managed services and virtual machines.
-
Design, build, test and document core software components.
-
Monitor running services, participate in incident response and handle customer support escalations.

Analyse and optimise system efficiency, scalability and stability.
Requirements
-
Experience with CI/CD, secrets management, Infrastructure as Code and observability tools.

Experience working with distributed systems.
-
Experience operating managed services in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
-
Experience operating Kubernetes in production is a strong advantage.
-
Knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing and routing.
-
Experience with Go programming language is an advantage.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
