What You Will Do

As a Community Care Assistant, you will assist clients within their own homes with the following tasks:

• Personal hygiene
• Medication assistance
• Food prep
• Companionship
• Dementia caregiving
• Support for mobility
• Shopping and doing errands
• Social Events and Appointments
• Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being

All visits are human-centred and focus on creating trust, comfort, and human connection.

What we are looking for

• A warm, caring, and compassionate disposition
• Trustworthiness and expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and use of a car
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous care experience would be an advantage, but is not needed as complete training is given
