The Role
Chestnut Court Care Home is set in the heart of New Milton and provides residential care to up to 25 residents who have a combination of dementia and developmental needs. The residents are supported by an exceptional team that is dedicated to building a supportive, warm, homely environment.
As Care Team Leader, you will be leading and supporting the night team during your shift and supporting the Registered Manager in delivering the expected standards of care. You will be expected to deal with supporting residents through nighttime and early morning routines and personal care, administering medication, completing all required paperwork, taking the lead on medical emergencies or situations that may arise (with on-call manager support), and setting an example of professional, compassionate care.

Pay is ÂŁ14.45ph with enhancements for Bank Holiday hours and Christmas
