We are looking for a Chef to join our team and grow with us while we expand our branches. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef as part of our expansion plans.

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and eager Chef who is skilled in making pizza, pasta, and Italian-style dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standards of food quality, kitchen efficiency and food safety.

Main Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

Prepare and cook pasta, pizza and other menu items to a good standard.

Food Quality and Presentation

Keep the quality and presentation of the food consistent.

Food Safety and Hygiene

Follow all food hygiene, safety and HACCP procedures.

Kitchen Operations

Keep your kitchen clean, organised and efficient.

Stock Management

Assist with stock control and ingredient management.

Team Collaboration

Work efficiently as part of a team during hectic service periods.

Menu Development

Contribute ideas and promote menu development where applicable.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef, Pizza Chef, or Pasta Chef.
• Good grasp of pizza and pasta making procedures.
• Understanding of basic food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK, or eligibility for sponsorship where applicable.
