We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our restaurant team in Edinburgh. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and crafting high-quality sushi dishes with attention to detail and presentation
• Ensuring the freshness and quality of all ingredients
• Maintaining clean and organised workstations in line with food hygiene and safety standards
• Managing sushi preparation during busy service periods
• Assisting with stock control and ingredient ordering as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
