About us: HEYTEA was born in a modest alley named Jiangbianli in China. In a business of less than 30 square meters, we were committed to making things we really enjoy and sharing with the world, igniting the new style tea revolution with our original Cheese Tea.

Description of Job
- Responsible for food preparation, beverage preparation, cashier, store management and providing exceptional service to clients;
- Be pleasant and friendly. Introduce products to consumers. Answer enquiries from customers. Maintain a positive working attitude;
- Follow company standards and various processes strictly.
Requirements of the Job
No limit in educational background & job experience, Chain catering industry experience is desired.
Service Awareness, Teamwork, and Communication Skills; Eager and quick to learn and communicate
Abilities
- Excellent time management to deliver prompt service during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and food safety laws.
- Excellent communication abilities to work well with clients and team members.
- Ability to operate well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
