Duties of the Role

The duties of an elderly caretaker:

• Assisting clients with personal care duties
• Assistance with food and beverages
• Overseas employment guide
• Assistance with medicine
• Assistance with toileting requirements
• Use the service user’s equipment to assist with transfers.
• Assist in preserving the home environment
• escorting people on excursions
• Consult additional experts
• You have to be able to adhere to support and care programs.
• Provide assistance and care to a range of service user groups, such as adults, the elderly, mental health, learning disabilities and autism, physical issues, medical issues, etc.
• Visit clients at their homes for breakfast, lunch, tea, and bedtime.
• Commence visits at 7 a.m. and adhere to the visitation schedule.
