Essential

• Extensive familiarity with complex computerised information systems
• Integrated dashboard scope, design, and development.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate with project/resource planning experience.
• Experience in designing, coding, testing, and implementing efficient and robust database schemas.
• Extensive experience with SQL Database Administrator tools and utilities, including advanced scripting and basic coding.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience to achieve expert status in the use of modern analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of the information needs and processes of the Clinical and Operational functions within an Acute hospital.
• Experience designing and managing modern data pipelines (ETL/ELT), curated datasets, and semantic layers.
• Experience managing technical teams of developers or data engineers, including mentoring, prioritisation, and professional development.
