Caldesi in Campagna, Bray, is looking for a waiter or waitress.

Caldesi in Campagna is a long-established, family-run Italian restaurant in the lovely village of Bray. It was inspired by our founder, chef and restaurateur Giancarlo Caldesi.

We are known for our seasonal Italian food, great wines, and warm, genuine hospitality in a peaceful country location.

We want experienced waiters and waitresses who take delight in giving exceptional service and enjoy making dining experiences that people will remember in a busy yet well-run restaurant.

The Job

• Give competent, attentive service at the table
• Learn a lot about food and wine (training will be given)
• Make sure that both the front and back of the house crews understand what you’re saying.
• Take charge of your area and make sure every guest has a fantastic time.

We’re Looking For

• Worked as a waiter or waitress at a busy restaurant before
• A professional, optimistic, and confident attitude
• Willingness to work on weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
• A real interest in Italian hospitality, food, and wine
• The right to work in the UK
• English fluency is required (Italian is a plus but not required).

Job Details

Type of job: Full-time

Pay is between £15.00 and £16.00 an hour.
