We support seniors with a wide range of care needs including personal care, help with daily living activities, companionship, medication support and more complicated care needs.

We are looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. In this work, you will deliver high-quality, person-focused care and assistance to people in their own homes, helping to enhance their independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Duties

• Assist residents or clients with activities of daily living, such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Support the delivery of personalised care plans based on individual needs.
• Keep precise records of care given via IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, relatives and other health care providers to ensure high levels of care.
• Assistance with light domestic duties to provide a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents or clients.
• Help with health monitoring and report any problems to top staff.

Experience

• Some experience in care or home care is a plus but not needed as complete training will be offered.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, is necessary for effective communication.
• Basic IT skills will be required to maintain accurate data and update care plans.
• The post requires a full driving licence and driving experience as there will be travel between places.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to establish rapport with residents, family and coworkers.

Minimum Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Have your own vehicle for job-related trips.
