Table of Contents
- Manage the Revenues & Benefits ICT systems and Business Support team
- Provide systems support to Revenues & Benefits teams
- Proactively manage systems to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Lead the Technical team responsible for systems administration and user access
- Proactively manage and fully exploit NEC/BACS systems for maximum efficiency
- Work with software suppliers to ensure high service levels and value for money from software contracts
- Work with Revenues and Benefits Service management to support effective service delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 years NEC (Northgate) system management experience
- Experience of NEC (Northgate) as a back-end user is essential
- Experience managing Revenues & Benefits ICT systems
- Experience with systems administration and user access
- Experience with NEC and BACS systems
- Ability to work proactively with software suppliers
- Ability to work with Revenues and Benefits Service management teams
