Job description:

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, fully hands-on Store Manager for our Domino’s Pizza Store in Bathgate.

This is a senior management role, and we are only looking to appoint someone with a proven track record of at least 5 years of management experience at a previous Domino’s location in the UK.

If you are already on a skilled worker visa and having trouble renewing, we might be able to help you since we have a CoS available to assign, if you have the necessary expertise.

Needed Attributes:

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and build a team.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage various tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure its seamless functioning.
• Take over FLM completely.
• Train, encourage, and coach your team to deliver great customer service.
• Handle stock control, inventory, and store ordering systems.
• Strict adherence to food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP rules.
• Hire and coach team members to build a good, high-performance culture.
• Respond, enhance service, and store performance with customer input.
• To ensure profitability, meet sales, labour, and food cost targets.
• Implement marketing techniques and encourage upselling to maximise sales.
• All team members must be compliant with Domino’s UK standards and rules.
• Always keep the store ready for a 5-star OSA inspection.
