About the Position

To join our expanding e-commerce team, we are seeking a highly driven Amazon Seller Account Manager. In addition to driving product listings, inventory coordination, PPC advertising, and overall performance, you will be in charge of maintaining and optimising our Amazon seller account across FBA, FBM, and Dropshipping models.

Because this position is remote-friendly, you can work from any location in the United Kingdom. However, for sporadic team meetings, London-based candidates are preferable. We also encourage applications from other cities.

Important Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the Amazon seller account for dropshipping, FBM, and FBA.
• Make and improve product listings with bullet points, photos, titles, and keywords.
• To prevent stockouts or overstocking, keep an eye on and maintain FBA and FBM inventory levels.
• Work with dropshipping vendors to guarantee prompt order fulfilment and tracking information.
• Create and oversee PPC ads on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, ODR, buy box percentage, and dropshipping fulfilment rates are important indicators to monitor.
• Manage client comments, reviews, and alerts on the health of your account.
• Collaborate with the supplier and logistics teams to guarantee smooth dropshipping operations.
• To find market trends and opportunities, do competitor research.
• Create performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, e-commerce, or a similar discipline
• A minimum of one to two years of practical experience overseeing an Amazon Seller Central account for FBA, FBM, and dropshipping models
• demonstrated expertise in inventory management, flat file uploads, and Amazon PPC
• strong knowledge of SEO, listing optimisation, and Amazon’s A9 algorithm
• Experience managing fulfilment procedures and dropshipping providers
• Candidates with a track record of successful dropshipping will be given preference.
• Knowledge of programs like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp (ideally)
• Outstanding analytical and data/Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Capacity to operate autonomously in a remote environment
