UKVI Skilled Worker Sponsorship

We are a Licensed UKVI Skilled Worker (Tier 2) Sponsor and have wide experience in assisting international chemists with a wide range of talent across the UK and outside.

We reward chemists who speak clearly and with confidence, establish genuine rapport with patients, perform safe and high-quality healthcare services, and interact meaningfully with their local community.

Eligibility

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist (England) or Equivalent qualification from the EEA
  • Eligible to practise in England under GPhC standards
  • Confident in Clinical Practice, Committed to Service, and Community-Oriented

Responsibilities & Duties

Deliver NHS clinical services:

  • Provide commissioned services (e.g. Pharmacy First/minor sickness, contraception, BP checks, immunisations) with accurate documentation, safe supply and compliance NHS claims.

Provide private services:

  • Deliver and develop private clinics (travel health, PGDs when used, weight management, skin/ENT etc) ensuring adequate consent, paperwork, clinical assessment and referral where applicable.

Boost service uptake:

  • Accelerate service growth by implementing structured staff training and coaching to empower counter teams to confidently initiate clinical conversations and promote appropriate pharmacy services.

Dispense drugs safely:

  • Clinically review prescriptions, conduct final accuracy checks, effectively counsel patients and keep complete and compliant records.

Operational and stock control:

  • Management of cold chain integrity, expiry control, recalls, equipment maintenance and effective stock and cost management.

Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Carry out full risk assessments, comply with SOPs, handle infection prevention, fire safety, COSHH standards & incident reporting.

Clinical governance & legal compliance:

  • Ensuring GPhC standards are met, maintain safe management of restricted medications, be mindful of safeguarding, maintain patient confidentiality (GDPR), facilitate quality improvement audits.

Manage and develop staff:

  • Oversee dispensary workflow, assign assignments, support competency development, conduct performance reviews and maintain a motivated, service-driven team culture.

Training & Support

As a Management Trainee Pharmacist you will be placed on a structured development track to strengthen your clinical leadership and commercial skills. From day one you will be assisted by experienced chemist mentors and senior management within the organization.

You will also have direct access to Head Office Directors to discuss coaching, practical tips and strategic direction.
