Important Duties

• Encouraging clients to take care of themselves as much as possible while preserving their dignity and self-assurance is known as “promoting independence.”
• Developing deep connections with customers to lessen feelings of loneliness and offer emotional support is essential companionship.
• medicine Support: Providing complete training and safely helping with or giving medicine in accordance with care plans and safety regulations.
• Community Access: Assisting clients in maintaining an active lifestyle in their neighbourhood, including social events, appointments, and visits to the New Forest.
• Personal care includes helping with everyday tasks, including getting dressed, taking a shower, and preparing meals in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Digital Logging: Daily notes and medication are recorded using One Plan software (training provided).

Conditions

• Driver: This position requires access to a car and a current UK driver’s licence.
