Contract: Zero-Hours – Flexible Shifts (Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm)

Position Summary
We are now seeking Female Home Care Workers to work with clients around the Sefton region.
This is a female-only role which is permitted under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1: Occupational Requirements) as the personal care tasks include intimate care.
Many of our clients request female carers to preserve their dignity, privacy, and cultural preferences. Therefore, being a female is a bona fide vocational qualification for this employment.
Applicants should be resident in or able to travel reliably within the Sefton area and should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
We may be able to grant sponsorship to candidates currently in the UK on a Graduate Visa and/or Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) Visa, subject to eligibility and Home Office regulations.

- Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Help with everyday activities (food prep, medication reminders, house cleaning)
- Offer friendship and emotional support
- Perform wellness checks
- Adhere to business policies and care plans
- Collaborate with your team
What We Are Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient people
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous care experience a plus, but not needed
- Willingness to be subject to background checks
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (with business insurance)
- Ability to travel across the Sefton area
