Position Summary

We are a developing property based company looking to recruit an organised and driven Accounts Assistant to join our financial team. This is a versatile profession for someone who is competent working with numbers, has a good eye for detail and takes delight in ensuring accounts and financial records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

The chosen candidate will be reliable, proactive and willing to learn, with the ability to manage their workload effectively and ensuring that critical financial information and reports are completed accurately and on time.

Duties

• Keep accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams as part of your everyday work
• Assistance in handling invoices, payments and other financial transactions
• Perform full regular account reconciliations and assist in identifying and resolving anomalies
• Help with preparation of financial information and make sure reports are done accurately and on schedule
• Maintain financial records and supporting paperwork in an ordered and timely manner
• Work closely with the broader finance team and assist with additional administrative chores as needed
• Experience with MRI Software would be an advantage but is not needed since training can be offered.
• Be prepared to learn, expand your talents, and take on more responsibility as you grow in the position

Salary: £26,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum
