We are seeking Female Care Assistants to join our cheerful, caring and innovative team in our Nursing Unit (Day shift) This is a key function within the Home, working as a team supporting the nursing staff in meeting the social, emotional and physical requirements of the residents in accordance with the Patient Charter of Rights and under the Nursing Home Minimum Standards.

Hours: Full Time

Professional Responsibilities

• Helping people with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, eating and movement.
• Providing outstanding quality, person-centred care to all residents.
• Activities that enrich the lives of citizens.
• Maintain accurate records that are confidential and in accordance with patient care.
• Provide nursing team support through policies and procedures for compliance.
• Fully flexible to give one-to-one care to residents when and if required.

Perfect candidate:

• Ability to give top-quality resident care
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Ability to operate under pressure and on your own initiative.
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
• Be eligible to work in the U.K.
