Our well-known client runs a takeaway food business and is searching for a skilled Floor Manager to join their team.

Job Title:

Take charge of everything that goes on in the restaurant, such as making sure the crew is scheduled, the inventory is managed, and the health and safety rules are followed.

Encouraging and inspiring restaurant workers to go above and beyond for guests and provide great service.

Make sure that every guest has a great dining experience by keeping up excellent service standards and quickly and professionally fixing any problems that come up.

Hiring, training, and hiring all restaurant workers, such as servers and hosts

Making ensuring that shifts are covered by scheduling employees

Making the restaurant’s operations more efficient to make the client experience better

Keeping an eye on the restaurant’s money, like sales and costs

Putting rules on how to handle food and other things into place to keep guests safe

Getting the word out about the business and finding strategies to get more people to come in

Taking care of consumer problems

Filling out the appropriate paperwork, like reports on sales, inventory, and staff attendance

The job requires the following:

At least three years of experience as a floor manager

Living in the UK right now with a valid visa

Being able to speak English well
