Description

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through execution, monitoring and completion.

• Develop project plans using Primavera P6 to schedule activities, allocate resources and track progress.

• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Administer construction contracts, review agreements, negotiate terms and monitor contractual obligations.

• Coordinate with engineering teams using Civil 3D to review designs and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality and health and safety compliance.

• Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate project objectives.

• Identify and resolve problems while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management.

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong time-management and organisational skills.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Strong contract negotiation and vendor-management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and clients.

• Relevant construction management qualifications, certifications or training are preferred.

• Familiarity with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and Civil 3D for reviewing design documents is relevant to the advertised responsibilities.
