True Care 247 is looking for a caring and committed Care Assistant to work with us. The person who gets the job will help people who require care in a home care setting by making sure they are comfortable, safe, and well-being. You need to be able to communicate well, follow care plans, and be dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care for this job.

Main Duties – Care Assistant Responsibilities UK

• Help clients with everyday tasks like getting dressed, preparing meals, and taking care of their personal hygiene.
• Help clients stay independent while making sure they are safe and comfortable.
• Talk to clients, their families, and other healthcare providers about treatment plans and any changes in condition clearly and concisely.
• When needed, go with or drive clients to appointments or social events, making sure they get there safely and on schedule.
• Keep accurate records of care and tell the right people about any problems or changes in a client’s health.
• Take part in training and development, which includes learning how to use IT tools for managing and documenting care.

Skills and Experience – Care Assistant Job Requirements UK

• It would be helpful if you had worked in home care or a comparable job before, but it is not necessary.
• To talk and write clearly with clients and coworkers, you need to be able to speak and write English well.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• It would be helpful to have experience making, carrying out, or following care plans.
• You need basic computer abilities to keep records and write care notes.
• You need to be able to communicate and get along with others well.
