Health Care Assistant – UK visa sponsorship

We are looking for caring and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our home care team. You’ll be supporting clients in their own homes to ensure they stay independent, dignified, and comfortable. No two days are the same – you will be making a meaningful impact on someone’s life. We are also able to provide sponsorship for Skilled Worker visa applications for acceptable overseas applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as washing, bathing, clothing, and grooming.
• Assistance with continence care and toileting.
• Assist with safe mobility and repositioning (e.g., use of hoists, sliding sheets, bed rails).
• Prepare food, snacks, and drinks.
• Encourage drinking and monitor general well-being.
• Administer medication as per the MAR chart if required.
• Document care in full and precise notes following each visit.
• For companionship and emotional support.
• Keep the environment clean and safe for clients.
• Report any issues or changes in condition to the office.

Specifications

• Kind, patient, and compassionate….
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and care plans.
• On time and reliable.
• Right to work in the UK.

Preferred:

• Experience in health care or home care.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care.
• A driving licence and access to a car.

Timetable

All shifts, morning, afternoon, evening & weekends.

Also, live-in hours are available.

Worksite

Leeds.

In the client’s home/community.
