Title of Job: Business Development Executive (Sales)
Location: On-site in London, UK
Pay: £25,000 to £30,000 a year, plus a bonus based on performance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process for training and placement services to clients in the UK, from finding leads to closing deals.
- Find and connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and provide them strong pitches and consultations.
- Use a consultative approach to understand what the customer needs and suggest the best training and hiring solutions.
- Work during UK business hours while keeping up high standards of communication and client involvement.
- Use CRM or sales tracking software to handle sales pipelines, make predictions, and write reports.
- With a target-driven approach, reach your sales KPIs, revenue goals, and performance measures.
- Work with other teams inside the company to make sure that deliveries go smoothly, clients are happy, and placements are successful.
- In charge of coming up with unique sales concepts, running campaigns, and putting these ideas into action.
