In order to meet the demands of Caprinos franchisees and provide specialised services in this field, Caprinos Buxton is now taking the initiative to establish a dedicated publicity and marketing department. In order to support the marketing, web development, and social media presence of fast food restaurants and takeout, the department will position itself as a market leader and trendsetter. By utilising its knowledge and crucial experience in the industry, the department hopes to provide its services to the Caprinos brand, its franchisees, and other fast food takeaway brands.
We are seeking a skilled and driven graphic and multimedia designer.
You will be in charge of producing captivating and excellent visual content for all platforms, including digital advertisements, social media, in-store displays, and promotional materials. For a creative designer who appreciates variety, creativity, and having a noticeable influence on a quickly expanding company and its customers, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Principal Duties (Graphic & Multimedia Designer Responsibilities)

Create print and digital marketing materials, including as menus, flyers, banners, posters, social media content, and advertising campaigns.

Arrange, take, and edit images and videos for websites, marketing campaigns, and social media.

Make motion graphics and short videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Work together with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative initiatives that increase consumer engagement and brand awareness.

Creation and administration of Caprinos Pizza Buxton’s social media accounts, guaranteeing regular posting, interaction, and brand presence.

Organise and preserve a collection of images and videos to aid with marketing initiatives.

Make sure all visual materials are in line with the overall marketing objectives and the Caprinos brand guidelines.

Use captivating designs and media to support seasonal promotions, shop events, and new product introductions.
Requirements (Graphic & Multimedia Designer Qualifications)

Three to five years of experience in photography, video production, and graphic design.

A solid portfolio that demonstrates originality, inventiveness, and meticulousness.

Competent with the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Knowledge of current digital trends and social media marketing experience.

Strong photographic and video-editing abilities.

Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Knowledge of layout design and branding for print and digital media.

When travelling between local branches, a driver’s license is preferred.

Outstanding proficiency in the English language
