The Job (UK Visa Sponsorship Office Jobs)

We need an Office & Customer Operations Coordinator that is very organised and takes the initiative to help the business run smoothly every day.

This job involves a lot of different tasks, such as coordinating the office, communicating with customers, making sure rules are followed, and providing operational support. You will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams, making sure that everything runs smoothly, all the important checks are done, and clients always get great service.

You’ll be part of a small team where being reliable, taking responsibility, and having a good attitude are very important. This job is perfect for someone who likes to maintain things in order, talk clearly, and help both clients and coworkers.

Main Duties (UK Visa Sponsorship Office Jobs)

Customer Service and Communication

  • Handle customer service emails and questions in a professional and timely way.

  • Answer messages from customers on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Check and respond to reviews on Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot.

  • Plan and run the quarterly customer review contest

  • Check with customers before installing

  • Do all of the follow-ups, satisfaction calls, and emails after the installation.

  • Keep track of and help solve customer problems and difficulties

  • Support for installations, returns, and logistics

  • Set up and report problems with installations while working with internal teams

  • Handle returns questions and take care of returns administration

  • Keep a record of lost or damaged packages and work with InXpress to find them.

  • Answer questions about deliveries and keep clients up to date.

Managing the Office and Following the Rules

  • Keep the corporate directory up to date and make sure health and safety records are kept and the paperwork is current

  • Keep track of and coordinate health and safety checks and inspections.

  • Check and write down risk assessments and acknowledgements of completion

  • Look over DAVIS’s automatic checks of driver’s licenses.

  • Keep an eye on the stock of PPE, office supplies, and stationery and order more when needed.

  • When necessary, coordinate general office and site upkeep.

Billing and Running the Business

  • Help with billing for installation and activating finances

  • Keep accurate records in all systems

  • Make ensuring that administrative tasks are done appropriately and on time.

  • Bring up problems to the next level when necessary and see them through to resolution.

Support for Office and Team Culture

  • Help keep the office clean, friendly, and structured.

  • Help new employees get started and make sure they feel welcome and supported.

  • Help plan team meetings, internal communications, and team events or trips that happen from time to time.

  • Support efforts that help build a strong, cooperative company culture.

Skills and Experience (UK Visa Sponsorship Office Jobs)
