• GCSE in Maths, English and Science (at C or above) and 3 other subjects at a minimum of grade C
• Pharmacy Services QCF Level 2 or equivalent with 12 months current experience and hold a functional skills level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• Three “A” levels, one of which is a relevant science subject and Maths C (GCSE or equivalent)
• Degree in science or humanities and Maths C (GCSE or equivalent)
• Candidate meets apprenticeship criteria

Knowledge & training

Essential

• Knowledge and training in a pharmacy or healthcare profession

Experience

• Experience of working in a Pharmacy

• Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy
