Senior Care Assistant (Days and Nights) – Care Home currently offer sponsorship opportunities

Job description:

• To give direction to the service’s care staff
• Career counseling
• To give care that follows current best practices, policies, and procedures, established standards, legal requirements, and pertinent rules, all under the guidance of the Manager
• To make sure that the organization’s care services follow agreed-upon standards
• To keep skills up to date and to do any training and development that may be needed from time to time to keep practices up to date.

Duties

• The Senior Carer’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Make sure that the people who utilise your services are at the center of the care you give and that their needs and wants improve their health. Giving drugs and first aid, and getting medical help as needed.
• To oversee workers and make sure that everyone is doing their part to keep the service running smoothly
• Be in charge of promoting and preserving the well-being of the people who use the service.
• Build good working relationships with other people who work in the service.
• Work with people from different fields to make the most of the chances for service users.

Additional Responsibilities

• Some of the other tasks and responsibilities that may need to be done are listed below:
• Look for ways to grow both personally and professionally.
• Go to all required training and any other training that your boss tells you to.
• People who want to apply must be 18 or older.
• Candidates who are chosen must pay £65 for an upgraded DBS check.
