We collaborate with you to assign packages as close to your home location as feasible because we recognise how important travel is.
Concerning the Position
This is a waking night job that provides one-on-one assistance to people in their homes, when calm support, continuity, and trust are crucial.
Throughout the night, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and emotional support, especially to those who might be experiencing anxiety, confusion, or disturbed sleep.
Among your duties will be:
- delivering individualised, person-centred care in accordance with support plans
- Providing emotional support, especially to people with mental health problems or suffering associated with dementia
- Providing assistance to people who might have anxiety, confusion, or challenging behaviours at night
- Providing personal care assistance and upholding dignity at all times
- Conducting routine examinations, observations, and wellness tracking
- providing pharmacological support (where trained)
- Establishing and preserving a secure, serene, and organised atmosphere
- Keeping thorough, precise care records and reporting any issues
- Working autonomously in the community while maintaining ties to your team

You’ll:
- Have experience helping people with dementia, learning difficulties, or mental health issues
