Duties
- Lead, inspire, and oversee the sales staff to meet both individual and group goals.
- Create and put into action successful sales tactics that support business goals.
- Track sales performance indicators and create reports for upper management regularly.
- Give salespeople instruction, training, and assistance to improve their abilities and output.
- Find new market prospects and cultivate connections with potential customers.
- Make sure new members of the sales team are prepared for their positions by supervising their onboarding.
- Work together with marketing teams to create advertising campaigns that complement sales strategies.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the goods and services provided to ensure proper client communications.
- Throughout all sales efforts, make sure that business policies and industry regulations are followed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in a managerial or sales supervisory position in a related field.
- Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to motivate and grow a group.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- The capacity to assess data and produce insights that can be put to use.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- An accredited degree in business, marketing, or sales
- While not necessary, administration or a similar field is preferred.
