Summary
We need a Business Analyst to help the business and technology teams make changes. The job is to get, define, record, and manage requirements across the whole delivery lifecycle, making sure that solutions provide demonstrable value and meet user expectations.
Main duties
- Lead the gathering of requirements through workshops, interviews, process walk-throughs, and document reviews.
- Turn needs into epics, user stories, and criteria for acceptance.
- Make analytical artefacts such as AS-IS and TO-BE process maps, gap analysis, business rules, workflows, and data definitions.
- Keep track of requirements; help with change control and effect assessment
- Work in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery settings (ceremonies, backlog refining, and aligning stakeholders)
- Support UAT by setting up scenarios, handling triage, and checking results against acceptance criteria.
- Help make the implementation ready by providing training materials, handing over operations, and doing an evaluation after the implementation.
Necessary skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst making changes to processes, digital systems, data, or systems
- Strong communication and management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong ability in writing requirements documents, such as user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- A strong ability to analyse analytically, pay attention to details, and focus on quality
- Have worked closely with the Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience working in regulated settings, like healthcare or the public sector
- Knowing how to use data and reporting tools like Excel and SQL/Power BI is a plus when it’s needed.
- Knowledge of the healthcare field or appropriate certificates

- Jira / Confluence (or Azure DevOps)
- Visio, Lucidchart, and Draw.io
- Miro or Mural
- Excel; SQL/Power BI (if necessary)
