Support marketing and communications campaigns across Employability and Environment divisions.

Develop creative ideas and implement marketing plans to improve service performance.

Create, schedule, monitor and optimise organic and paid social media content.

Design marketing materials and maintain brand consistency.
-
Update website content, structure and design.
-
Analyse campaign performance using multiple data sources.
-
Manage marketing requests, promotional assets, records and administrative tasks.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders, brief suppliers, obtain cost approvals and follow up on project actions.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing qualification, such as CIM.

Minimum of two A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma.

GCSE English Language Grade B or equivalent recognised qualification.
-
Experience in online and offline marketing campaigns.
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong creativity, attention to detail, accuracy and time management.

Ability to manage workloads independently and proficiency with computers.
