Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business customers to generate B2B sales opportunities.

• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, hospitality managers, developers and procurement officers.

• Develop sales opportunities in the hotel, restaurant and café (HoReCa) sector.

• Negotiate prices, prepare tailored quotations and close sales contracts while protecting profit margins.

• Coordinate with the company’s manufacturing and logistics teams in Turkey.

• Monitor production, manage customisation requests and help ensure timely delivery to clients.

• Maintain sales pipelines, track performance and submit weekly reports to headquarters in Turkey.

• Represent Leta Contract Furniture jobs at trade shows, industry events and commercial networking opportunities.

• Develop the company’s presence and customer base within the assigned market.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B project sales within contract furniture, commercial interiors or the design industry.

• An established professional network of architects, interior designers, developers and procurement decision-makers.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, sales-closing and pipeline-management skills.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Additional languages relevant to the market are an advantage.

• A valid driving licence.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.

• A proactive, self-motivated and strategic approach to business development.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
