Hours:
Full time, part time and permanent shifts available. Weekdays and Weekend shifts.
VHM Care is a family-run home care provider.
Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community ( Worthing).
We currently have a position available within our home care team and are looking for the right candidate to make a difference. Are you kind and caring? Do you love being part of the local community? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to make a difference to someone’s life?
COS or a switch is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
- Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients’ families.
- Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.
What you’ll need:
- Full Driving Licence (required)
- Access to your vehicle, which you must ensure for business use.
- The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)
