Kochchi, Scotland’s best Sri Lankan street food brand, is looking for cheerful, confident, and energetic people who love working with others and are passionate about food and drink.

We serve strong, authentic flavours in the busy Bonnie & Wild Food Hall in Edinburgh’s St James Quarter. This is a culinary attraction in its own right.

No experience in the hospitality industry? No worries.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in customer service or sales and are positive, dependable, and good with people. We’ll teach you all you need to know; you just need to bring your energy and attitude.

Main Duties of Front of House Staff with Visa Sponsorship

• Welcome guests with a smile and take their orders with confidence.
• Know the menu well and be ready to answer questions
• Work well with the culinary crew to provide quick, polite service.
• Always follow health and safety rules for food hygiene.

Shift Pattern

11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
