The Positions
We are seeking dependable, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team. Based on your background and passions, you might be:
- Overseeing family interaction meetings in a secure and encouraging setting.
- Giving parents daily direction and serving as an example at our residential family assessment centre.
- Providing families in the community with both emotional and practical support.
- Assisting parents in establishing routines, enhancing attachment, and maintaining constructive change.
Working directly with families, documenting observations, and participating in multi-agency efforts that promote assessment and safeguarding are all part of each position.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Compassionate, kind, and dedicated to supporting the success of families.
- Able to establish professional, trustworthy relationships.
- Excellent writers and observers who are also good speakers.
- Adaptable, introspective, and cognisant of trauma and protection.
- It is necessary to have experience in support work, family support, social care, childcare, or comparable environments; comprehensive training will be given.
