Software Engineer – UK Sponsorship Available

Position Overview

We are searching for a Software Engineer (Gen AI) to assist in building the next generation of AI-driven business solutions. In this position, you will be tasked with designing and developing scalable apps based on state-of-the-art AI models, influencing how organisations run and innovate.

You will collaborate closely with Gen AI scientists, UX designers, and cross-functional partners to build enterprise-grade AI solutions with world-class governance, performance and dependability.

Principal accountabilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack Gen AI apps (e.g., AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines)
• Build and deploy Python-based microservices for orchestration and integration with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Work with AI/ML teams to embed LLMs, RAG and multi-modal AI into applications
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for smooth system interaction
• Design patterns and contemporary full-stack development approaches
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise systems using APIs and standardised architectures
• Work with engineers, data teams and designers to deliver end-to-end AI experiences
• Build assessment frameworks, validation processes and guardrails for safe and reliable AI deployment
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, bias mitigation, and safety requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong familiarity with Python and microservices architecture
• Practical experience with Gen AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
• Experience in building full-stack applications (React/Node.js or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate systems
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in AI/ML model integration and deployment
• Knowledge of scalable system design and performance tuning
