Care Assistant with UK Visa Sponsorship Available

We would like to welcome carers for both day and night shifts. We want to be able to work full-time jobs. We also accept contracts for part-time and no hours.

Your job is to provide “outstanding” care. You should be able to give our residents more than what they expect. You should make them happy with how you act and talk to them.

You don’t need any experience, but you do need to have a good attitude. We will teach you how to do your job well, and we will also help you move up in your career.

Shift Patterns

8 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 8 pm, and 8 pm to 8 am. You will need to be able to work any shift. Yes, we also take into account each person’s situation.

What Does It Take to Be a Care Assistant?

• Help our residents with their personal care.

• Help with food.

• Helping someone walk.

• Helping our residents meet their demands for continence.

• Make notes on the care on your phone or tablet.

• Put on creams.

• Make them happy and grin.

• Be a part of the team at work.

• Get our residents involved in events.

• Go to meetings and training for staff.
